When you enter into a Continuity of Practice Cover Agreement with us, Tervel Mihaylov MAAT (TTAM Ltd) becomes your named Professional Nominee, with an ongoing commitment to step in and manage your practice, protect your clients and notify the relevant professional body, insurer and other appropriate parties where required, if you die, become incapacitated or are otherwise unable to run your business. 

Before we agree to cover you, we check that the services you provide fall within what TTAM Ltd is licensed and qualified to deliver,  so that the proposed arrangement is appropriate for the services you provide and can operate effectively if the agreement is activated.  We'll also ask about your practice, your fee structure, and your nominated representative, so the arrangement is a genuine fit — not just a signature.
